Product development

We are specialised in customised system solutions for pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical use. Together with our customers, we develop new products, bring them to maturity, and carry out the serial production.

In our in-house design and construction department, we are able to quickly realise product ideas with 3D CAD design, injection moulding simulation and rapid prototyping. As a result, we are particularly flexible in this early stage and can integrate changing requirements efficiently into the process.

A holistic way of looking at the individual process steps continually remains the focus – from the idea to the end product.

Injection moulding tools are manufactured based on the plastic-specific product develepment. Tool trials are carried out and the tools are made ready for production by our experienced team. Our scope includes:
