The portfolio ranges from single injection moulded parts to complex tailor-made system solutions with different requirements.

All projects are unique. Our mission is the realisation of technical challenges for our customers – especially when there is no standard product available on the market. Our range of services comprises all production processes from development to serial production incl. the CE mark and transfer to sterilisation.

Drug Delivery Systems

  • Development and production of two-component double syringe for the application of media of varying viscosity

Primary Packaging and Filling of Bone granules

  • Development and production of a container for human tissue (bone granules)
  • Filling, packaging and labelling in the cleanroom (GMP C / ISO class 7), media provided by the customer
  • Transfer to sterilisation

Mixing application needle

  • Development and production of application needle for the application of media of varying viscosity
  • A special membrane in the application needle guarantees best mixing results and controlled application and makes prior warming of the media unnecessary.

Luer Lock mixing spray head

  • Co-development and production of non-gas-driven spray head for mixing and application of media of varying viscosity
  • Packaging and labelling
  • Transfer to sterilisation

Transfer Spikes

  • Development and patenting of transfer spikes for mixing of two or more media
  • Implementation of new features to increase user satisfaction and safety, e. g. an activation head for mixing which ensures that the connection is not opened until both containers are correctly pierced
